Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Submitting the estimate form is a request for us to contact you — it does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take on a project.

Pricing, scope, schedule, warranties and other terms for any work are set out only in a separate written estimate or contract signed by you and Golden Carpentry. If there is a conflict, that written agreement governs.

When you submit our form or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request, appointment scheduling and project updates. We send marketing or promotional messages only if you have given express consent.
